Complete Training Sessions at I-90 Systema

The I-90 Training Center will be conducting a two part event in November and December. In November, Complete Training Sessions 101 will explore the connections between health, fitness, psychological conditioning, and close quarters combative body manipulations.
In December, Complete Training Sessions 102 will expand on the principles covered in 101 letting you see how the same ideas directly apply to strikes and the use of combative tools. By the end, you should feel that if your are practicing one thing, you are actually training in everything. You will be able to grasp the common threads tying it all together.

Rules of Engagement with Konstantine Komarov

I had an incredible four days of training at the Rules of Engagement Seminar with Konstantine Komarov, and have returned home deeply grateful to have been a participant.

Konstantine Komarov’s depth of knowledge, teaching, and demonstrations were all extremely impressive. His precise articulation of complex ideas and examples, as well as his answers to a wide variety of questions are a testament to his abilities as an instructor. Just as important, his actions were always those of a kind person, generous with his time, and genuine in his desire to help others improve themselves. I look forward to future opportunities to train with him.

Many thanks to Kaizen Taki, System NW, and everybody at I90 Systema for making this event such a huge success. I was hugely impressed with the organization of this four day training event, and I look forward to more incredible training opportunities at the I90 Systema facilities.
