Systema in Coquille

Eugene Systema Instructor, Matt Lowes, will be in Coquille, OR on Sunday, May 20, to teach a 4 hour workshop at Coquille Martial Arts. We will be looking at various aspects of martial arts, health and fitness. The cost is $25 per person, payable at the door. A t-shirt and comfortable pants are suitable for training. Please bring a training knife if you have one. Hope to see you there!
