Monday Class has Resumed

We’ve had a bit of a summer hiatus due to travel and various events. It’s been a while, so I just wanted to send out official notice that our regular Monday night Systema class 6:45-8pm has resumed, and will be continuing uninterrupted for the foreseeable future. I hope you all had a great summer and have been exploring the training and principles on your own. And I hope to see you at class soon.
