No Class on Labor Day

We’ve had a lot of time off this summer and I know you are all eager to get back to regular training. However, this Monday being Labor Day, BMAI will be closed, and we will not be having class. It’s also been exceptionally smoky in Eugene and air quality is at very unhealthy levels to be out and about. This is one time I encourage you all to take it easy, stay inside with the windows closed when possible, run an air filter if you have one, and pick up an N95 filter mask if you need to be outside. There no sense breathing more of this stuff than you have to.

Next week, September 11th, we will resume our regular Monday night classes, and hopefully we’ll get a break from the smoke by then. I hope you all are well. Looking forward to seeing you all soon.
