I will be teaching a Eugene Systema workshop at Best Martial Arts on June 23rd from 1pm-4pm. This special training is open to all and will cover work on fundamental principles, offering Systema practitioners and newcomers alike an opportunity to deepen their understanding and application of defense, survival, and overall health principles.
Cost for this event is $25. The content will be suitable for beginners and experienced martial artists. Comfortable pants and a t-shirt are suitable for training.
