Class Cancelled Monday

Best Martial Arts Institute is closed on Monday in honor of Martin Luther King day. There will be no Systema class this week. However, Saturday the 26th is the Pacific Martial Arts Conference at BMAI. Come for a full day of training in multiple martial arts. I’ll be teaching a segment on Systema in the afternoon. This is wonderful event and great fun. Hope to see you there!
