Due to inclement weather, our planned Wednesday night Systema class in cancelled for January 4th. It is Best Martial Arts Institute policy that the dojo is closed when local schools and their afternoon and evening activities are cancelled, as they are today, due to a pretty heavy snowfall in Eugene.
Stay safe out there, do some push-ups, and I hope to see you on Monday, January 9th for a return to our regular Monday night classes.
