Discover Systema: Eugene Summer Workshops

Every Saturday in June, Eugene Systema will be holding a series of seminars covering fundamental aspects of Systema training. Each three hour seminar will cover materials accessible and applicable to martial artists of all experience levels and backgrounds (ages 16 and up). Each session will build on the previous ones, although previous attendance is not required. Develop confidence and spontaneous survival instincts. Improve health and mobility. Learn tools to augment your training, no matter what style you train in.

Matt Lowes is a Systema instructor with over 25 years of experience in martial arts. In addition to regular classes and workshops he has taught classes for law enforcement and a school for the blind. The past two years he has been a guest instructor for the Pacific Martial Art Conference.

June 20th – Building Dynamic Applications
June 27th – Freedom and Spontaneity in Action

All sessions will run from 1pm to 4pm at Best Martial Arts Institute
