Val is a Systema Instructor certified by Vladimir Vasiliev and currently teaches in New York at Fighthouse. He will be teaching a Systema workshop in Portland on July 6th from 11 am – 4 pm at the Academy of Kung Fu, 3228 SE 21st Ave, Portland, OR.
This workshop will cover rarely seen breathing and conditioning excercises, and will focus on Utilizing your Center for Power and Relaxation. It’s a great opportunity for those training in Systema or any martial art. Click below for more details.
