BMAI will be hosting the Pacific Martial Arts Conference this coming weekend! There will instructors teaching 25 minute classes in a variety of martial arts all day. It’s an incredible opportunity to learn about some other martial arts, train with people you might not otherwise have a chance to, and generally have all around awesome day for suggested $10 donation.
This is one of my favorite events of the year, and I will be teaching a short segment on Systema. I hope to see you there!
